Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Dzemail Demic / Dzemo DeVinci

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded via the website of Dzemail Demic, Mainzer Straße 58, 55437 Ockenheim, between the operator and the customer. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless the operator expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the ordered goods or services.
(3) The contract is concluded only when Dzemail Demic (Dzemo DeVinci) expressly accepts the order.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices are stated in euros (EUR), including the applicable statutory VAT, where applicable.
(2) Payment can be made by prepayment, PayPal, credit card, or any other payment method offered on the website.
(3) The customer undertakes to pay the invoice amount within the specified payment period.

4. Delivery and Shipping

(1) The delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
(2) The delivery time is specified on the respective product page.
(3) If a product is unavailable, the customer will be immediately informed. In this case, Dzemo De Vinci reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
(4) For digital products, the content will be provided electronically via download or email.

5. Right of Withdrawal

(1) Customers who are consumers in the sense of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.
(2) The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement by email or letter to Dzemo De Vinci, Mainzer Straße 58, 55437 Ockenheim.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Dzemo De Vinci until full payment is made.

7. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Claims for damages from the customer are excluded unless they are based on intent or gross negligence by Dzemo De Vinci.

8. Copyright

All content, works, and designs on the website of Dzemo De Vinci are subject to copyright. Use or reproduction without explicit permission is not permitted.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) If individual provisions of these T&Cs are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
